The State of Missouri and St. Charles County will begin to allow many venues, including places of worship, to reopen as early as May 4. This is a conditional opening, subject to venues developing social distancing and communications plans, instituting adequate sanitation practices, screening attendees for symptoms, acting to protect staff, and more. After carefully considering many factors and consulting other congregations in our area, we have chosen to further delay physically meeting at Chapel. We will be working hard in the coming weeks to ensure that when we gather together we are taking all necessary precautions to protect our members.
Soon, we will communicate more about our plans to reopen, but in the meantime, please continue to worship online with us each week and to make use of all of our other online resources available at chapelofthecrosslutheran.org/health. For the most up-to-date information, watch your email and follow Chapel on social media.
We look forward to the day when we can physically gather together as believers in Christ and worship our Lord under one roof. If you have any questions, please call us at 636.928.5885 or email office@chapelofthecrosslutheran.org.
